The Foundation of Your Life

Here at the conclusion of His Sermon on the Mount, Jesus has laid out His vision for what life is supposed to be like in His Kingdom. He has given us a clear choice:


A religion of pretending and trying to impress others, or a genuine righteousness in your heart


Wasting your life by collecting treasures here on earth, or investing your life in treasures in heaven


Living a life of worry where your desires come first, or living a life of trusting God and seeking His Kingdom first


Living a life of retaliation and revenge, or living a life of love and forgiveness


Traveling the narrow road that leads to life, or the broad road that leads to hell


Then Jesus tells a story to drive home what is at stake, the importance of the choice you make. Please find Matthew 7:24-27.
