A Little Girl & A Suffering Woman

When we read the Gospels, we start to notice something: Jesus never seems to be in a hurry, yet He’s always right on time. We live in a culture that runs on caffeine and deadlines and hurry. But Jesus moves at the pace of compassion.

Jesus has just crossed the Sea of Galilee after delivering a man from a legion of demons. He steps onto the shore, and the crowd is already there. Two miracles are about to happen – but here’s what’s fascinating: one miracle happens on the way to the other.
